Structured Cabling, Fibre Infrastructure & Mitel PBX Deployment

Coresol is currently delivering a full turnkey structured cabling, fibre infrastructure, and Mitel PBX solution for a new-build hospitality development. Using MEGAnet CAT6A cabling, single mode fibre, and a fully integrated Mitel telephony platform, the project established a high-performance, future-ready network backbone to support all core hotel systems and communications.

The Challenge

As a new construction project, the network and telephony infrastructure had to be designed and implemented from the ground up, aligning with building timelines and multiple contractors. The solution needed to:

  • Provide structured, manageable distribution across multiple network cabinets
  • Support a wide range of critical systems across the facility
  • Deliver a reliable, scalable voice solution for hotel operations and guest services
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability across both data and voice networks

The Solution

Coresol is responsible for the design, development, installation, and project management of the complete network and voice infrastructure.

Key elements included

Deployment of MEGAnet CAT6A structured cabling:

  • Installation of single mode fibre backbone infrastructure
  • Installation and configuration of multiple network cabinets and PDUs
  • Delivery of approximately 1,800 network points
  • Installation of over 63,000 meters of cabling
  • Deployment and configuration of a Mitel PBX system, including handsets, call routing, and integration with hotel services

Implementation
